At Lamp Outdoor, we want your home to shine in the best light possible. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Print Shipping Label

Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your box.

Pack and Ship

Ensure the lighting fixtures are in their original packaging with all mounting hardware included, then drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
